Getting Started with Master Sleep 20™
A step-by-step look at the professional workflow — from prescription and digital case submission through delivery and long-term protection.
Register as a Partner Practice
The first step is to register as a partner dental practice. This gives you access to the case workflow and technical case support.
There is no special equipment required to begin. Digital records and IOS workflows are fully supported.
Submit the Digital Case
Each case is prescription-based. You submit the patient's records together with your professional prescription, which defines the appliance specification and the prescribed mandibular advancement.
Complete records — intraoral scans or impressions, bite records and the prescription — help the workflow run smoothly and predictably.
Design & Fabrication
Once the case is received, each appliance is digitally designed to your specification and the patient's anatomy. Precision manufacturing then produces both the Master Sleep 20™ appliance and the custom Morning Repositioner.
Delivery & Protection from Day One
The completed case is delivered for fitting, and appliance protection is registered from day one. Each enrolled patient receives one original protection period of up to twenty years.
Ongoing Support
After delivery, the practice continues to be the center of patient care. When eligible replacement needs arise over time, patients are directed back to their treating dentist, who coordinates the next step with Master Sleep.
