Inside the Master Sleep 20™ Manufacturing Workflow
How a case moves from intake through design, fabrication and delivery, and how quality is maintained throughout.
Intake
The workflow begins with intake. Digital records and a professional prescription are submitted through a streamlined case workflow.
Complete and consistent records at this stage help every later stage run more predictably.
Design
Each appliance is digitally designed to the dentist's specification and the patient's anatomy. This is where the prescription and the patient's records come together.
Design refinements — the anterior breathing opening, reduced posterior extension and refined advancement geometry — are applied to create a compact appliance profile while maintaining controlled mandibular advancement.
Fabrication
Precision manufacturing produces the appliance and the custom Morning Repositioner. Both components are made to match the prescribed specification.
Delivery
The completed case is delivered for fitting, with appliance protection registered from day one. The treating dentist completes the clinical fitting and continues to manage the patient's care.
Quality and Consistency
A prescription-based, digital workflow helps keep each case accurate and consistent. Technical case support is available throughout the process for questions or clarification.
