Master Sleep 20™

About Master Sleep 20™

Built by Dental Professionals.

A dental technology team focused on digital appliance design, precision manufacturing and long-term support for dental practices.

Our Story

Master Sleep 20™ was built around a simple observation: oral appliance therapy works best when the treating dentist stays at the center of care. We focused on refined appliance design, digital manufacturing and a long-term support program that lets practices offer appliances with confidence.

Our Mission

To keep the treating dentist at the center of patient care — by combining precision appliance design, a custom Morning Repositioner and up to twenty years of appliance protection in one coordinated program.

Why Dentists Choose Us

Why Dentists Choose Master Sleep 20™

More Than an Appliance. A Longer Patient Relationship.

Master Sleep 20™ combines refined appliance design, a purpose-designed Morning Repositioner, and long-term appliance protection within a dentist-centered program.

The goal is simple: help practices deliver a differentiated oral appliance experience today while creating more opportunities for continued patient care over time.

01

Build a Longer Patient Relationship

One case can become the beginning of a long-term relationship.

Master Sleep 20™ is built around up to 20 years of appliance protection.

When future appliance needs arise — including eligible normal wear, product-related issues, loss, damage or certain dental changes — the patient is directed back to the treating dentist for evaluation.

This helps keep the original dental practice connected to the patient beyond the first appliance.

20 Years of Protection. A Longer Relationship With Your Patients.

02

Keep Your Practice at the Center of Care

Dentist-Centered by Design.

Master Sleep 20™ does not replace the dentist-patient relationship. The treating dentist remains responsible for:

  • Clinical evaluation
  • Diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Prescription
  • Records and bite registration
  • Appliance delivery
  • Titration
  • Follow-up
  • Evaluation of future replacement needs

When a replacement may be needed, the patient contacts the treating dentist first. Master Sleep then coordinates appliance support through the dental practice.

Your patient remains your patient.

03

Differentiate Your Oral Appliance Program

Give patients a reason to see your program differently.

Many oral appliances can appear similar to patients at first glance. Master Sleep 20™ gives the dentist a broader value story:

Refined Appliance Design+Custom Morning Repositioner+Long-Term Appliance Protection+Dentist-Centered Follow-Up

Instead of presenting oral appliance therapy as the purchase of a single device, the practice can present a more complete long-term appliance program.

More than an appliance. A protected patient journey.

04

Long-Term Appliance Protection

Protection beyond the first appliance.

Master Sleep 20™ is designed as a long-term appliance protection program rather than a promise that one appliance will last twenty years. The original protection period may include:

20 YEARSAppliance Protection
ELIGIBLENormal-Wear Replacement
COVEREDProduct Failure
1× INCLUDEDNo-Fault Replacement

Certain eligible dental or oral changes may also receive additional protection when oral appliance therapy remains clinically appropriate.

One enrollment. One original protection period. Up to twenty years.

A replacement appliance remains within the original protection period and does not restart a new 20-year term.

05

Reduce Replacement Friction

A clearer process when something changes.

One of the difficult parts of long-term oral appliance care is deciding what happens when an appliance:

  • Wears over time
  • Breaks
  • Is lost
  • Is damaged
  • No longer fits after dental treatment
  • Requires replacement after changes in the mouth

Master Sleep 20™ provides a structured protection pathway so the dentist and patient have a clearer framework for what happens next.

Clear protection. Clear clinical roles. A clearer replacement pathway.

06

Preserve the Value of Professional Dental Care

Appliance protection and professional dental care remain separate.

Master Sleep 20™ provides appliance protection, while the treating dentist continues to provide professional clinical services. The dental practice remains responsible for services such as:

  • Consultation and examination
  • Scans or impressions
  • Bite registration
  • Fitting
  • Titration
  • Adjustments
  • Follow-up
  • Clinical reassessment

Master Sleep protects the appliance program. The dentist provides the care.

07

Create Natural Reasons for Patients to Return

Protection creates continuity.

Over many years, patients may experience changes in:

  • Appliance condition
  • Retention
  • Restorations
  • Crowns
  • Implants
  • Tooth position
  • Periodontal condition
  • Bite
  • Overall oral health

When these changes affect the appliance, the patient returns to the treating dentist for evaluation. Master Sleep 20™ therefore supports something a conventional one-time appliance transaction often does not:

Continued Patient Contact.
