When a replacement may be needed, the patient contacts the treating dentist first. Master Sleep then coordinates appliance support through the dental practice.

Master Sleep 20™ is designed as a long-term appliance protection program rather than a promise that one appliance will last twenty years. The original protection period may include:
Certain eligible dental or oral changes may also receive additional protection when oral appliance therapy remains clinically appropriate.
One enrollment. One original protection period. Up to twenty years.
A replacement appliance remains within the original protection period and does not restart a new 20-year term.
