Master Sleep 20™

Protection Program

The No-Fault Replacement Explained

How the included No-Fault Replacement works, what it covers, and what happens after it is used.

What "No-Fault" Means

A No-Fault Replacement is protection for a qualifying unexpected event that is not classified as normal wear or a covered product failure. It recognizes that even with careful use, unexpected things can happen.

Examples

Depending on the circumstances and current program terms, a No-Fault Replacement may apply to events such as:

  • Accidental loss.
  • Accidental damage.
  • Travel-related loss.
  • Pet-related damage.
  • Another eligible accidental event.

One per Original Protection Period

Each original Master Sleep 20™ protection period includes one eligible No-Fault Replacement. Once the included No-Fault Replacement has been used, it is considered consumed for that original protection period.

Additional accidental-loss or accidental-damage events are not automatically included as another No-Fault Replacement.

What to Do if an Event Occurs

If an unexpected event occurs, the first step is to contact the treating dentist. The dentist evaluates the situation and, when appropriate, coordinates the next step with Master Sleep.
